No Recipe Whole Wheat Sourdough Stuffing

My husband knawed his way through all the leftovers we brought home within a couple days, so I baked him a ham and made him a little more stuffing using the old half-loaf of whole wheat sourdough bread I bought from Greenling the week before.  I sauteed some onion, celery, and carrots in a little olive oil, and mixed it with the bread and seasoned it with salt, pepper, and sage.  Brought it all together with a little seasoned stock  and baked it for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.  It was delicious and GI friendly!
