CSA Week One

It’s been so dry in South Texas (as opposed to last summer when it rained EVERY DAY) that we just got our first week of crops (the original estimate was 3 weeks ago or therebouts).  Well worth the wait though, everything was gorgeous!  And arrived just as in the picture above, cleaned, corn shucked, and ready to eat.  Keep an eye out for follow-up pics of how I use my CSA produce this summer! (Note: If you live in the Austin area, Scot Arbor, my CSA farm, also sells at the Austin Farmer’s Market).
